The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal

by Lee Cork

In this article I’m going to talk about WILLPOWER and a Book Called “The Willpower Instinct”.

And what I’m gonna talk about might be a little bit different.

You’re gonna be surprised. It’s gonna be a little different than what you think it is.

Before we do that, I wanna talk about something that i think is even more important that working out and nutrition.

Willpower is gonna be the driving force that ‘s gonna determine whether you get something done or whether you let excuses and life get in the way.

Think about the last time you stuck to a diet and the last time you stuck to a workout regiment and stayed consistently on working out, three or four days a week for example.

If you think about it, what caused you to stop.

First off, everybody’s gonna go ahead and start naming all these excuses, you know, all these real life excuses that come in the way. If you have very high willpower, you can overcome all these excuses and all these obstacles.

If you have very high willpower, no matter what challenges life throws at you, you can overcome it.

You know. You can crush it.

Willpower is so important and yet not a lot of people go over it.

Not a lot of websites really cover that.

You can have the best advice on working out and nutrition but if you don’t have the willpower to stick to it, at some point in your life things are gonna get in the way, excuses are gonna happen and there’s gonna be reasons on why you need to go ahead and stop doing something.

So it doesn’t matter how bad ass these advices is, you’re gonna end ups stopping anyways.

And that is the biggest issues that I realized after talking to a lot a lot of people. They always tell em the same thing.

I give them advice on working and nutrition and at the end, you know, I see them months alter and they tell me, you know, they stopped for whatever reason.

It all boils down to they didn’t have enough willpower to stick to it. I’m actually reading a book right now on how to increase willpower and it talks about basically breaking everything down and what willpower actually is and how to increase self control and also how to go ahead and get ready for obstacles to come into your life because they always will.

So the book I’m reading actually is called The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal.

I just started it but I want to share it with you because it’s a good, good book and I think it would really help you accomplish your real goals of losing your belly fat and getting six pack abs.

Remember, it’s not the diet and it’s not he nutrition stuff, it’s your willpower that’s topping you from losing your belly fat and really getting the body that you want.

You can go to the bookstore and buy it or, better yet, can actually get your first audio book for free. So go to and look for that title, The Willpower Instinct by kelly McGonigal.
